Waxman and The DemonCrats!
I look at the Democrats as the "dark-side", and the Republicans as the "Force",kind of a comparison to "Star-Wars"! Now, that America has spoken, and voted the "dark-side" in, it looks as though America is in "grave-danger", simply because the majority of Americans, decided to tuck their tails and run! The situtation in Iraq is not going to change by pulling troops out, it's just going to get worse, and these politicians that get elected could care less about me, or you, but who can out do the other. I think the only thing that is going to save this planet from destruction, is for God to come back, and take control of us! We are doomed with the Democrats, they are evil!
THE MAJORITY HAS SPOKEN. The Republicans are the dark side, not the Democrats. I s'pose all that Republican deceit & corruption that got them run off, including that Republican homosexual guy trying to sex up congressional pages, is what you call "good," or the force? What about Hastert trying to cover for him & ethics charges that got Tom Delay kicked out? In every Republican race, there was a candidate who was voted out because he was on the dark side, corrupt and dishonest, and also because of the war. Not a single Democrat incumbent lost, so what does that tell about about who is on the dark side and who is right on the war?
Oh, and nobdy's saying to pull completely out of Iraq. They're just saying to redeploy. In the old days, we used to defend our oil interests over there just fine from our big ships in the Persian Gulf. We can kill a gnat from a thousand yards away with all the technology we have today on those ships, so if we can do it without losing people and spending billions of tax dollars a month, then I say let's do it.
